Perfect Tree or Family Tree?

Christmas Trees always seem to lead to controversy. White Lights or Colored Lights? Tinsel or No? And the latest one I have been privy to is.... Matching Ornaments with a Color THEME? Or Traditional Ornaments collected since childhood.

It's a no-brainer for me! I am not a fan of the pristine tree with perfect matching ornaments or even ornaments all of the same color. That kind of tree belongs in a department store. No Sir!

Give me a tree cluttered with ornaments from every chapter of life! The Popsicle stick ornaments the kids made at age 6. The ornaments we picked up in gift shops every time we went on vacation, the ones with photos of family and loved ones in the middle... Now That's a tree!
